My work crosses several professional spaces, each offering a different perspective on people, development, learning, and change.
Rather than seeing these roles as separate identities, I see them as complementary parts of the same professional journey.
Different roles.
Same purpose.
Understanding the Human Experience
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor, my professional background is grounded in mental health counseling, human development, wellbeing, trauma-informed approaches, and neurodiversity-affirming perspectives.
My clinical experience has shaped how I understand people—not simply through symptoms or problems, but through relationships, environments, experiences, identities, and the stories people carry.
This perspective continues to inform my work beyond the counseling room
Exploring Who We Are Becoming
My interest in coaching and personal development grew from a desire to explore the space between where people are and where they want to go.
My work in this area centers on authenticity, self-understanding, personal growth, life transitions, and intentional living.
The WellBeingMe Method reflects this philosophy and continues to develop as an approach to personal development.
Coaching and personal development are distinct from licensed mental health services and are approached accordingly.
Connecting Learning With Practice
I am pursuing doctoral studies in Counselor Education and Supervision, deepening my interest in how counselors are prepared, supported, and developed throughout their professional journeys.
My areas of interest include counselor education, experiential learning, neurodivergent-affirming assessment, clinical education, and the connection between academic knowledge and real-world practice.
I’m particularly interested in learning environments that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, reflection, and professional growth.
Questioning What Could Work Better
Advocacy is an important part of how I think about professional life.
I’m interested in the challenges that affect mental health professionals, including professional representation, autonomy, sustainable career models, equitable opportunities, and systems that may unintentionally create barriers.
My approach is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that meaningful improvement begins with understanding what is actually happening and being willing to ask whether there is a better way
Turning Ideas Into Possibilities
Entrepreneurship gives me a different way to explore ideas.
Through developing businesses, programs, professional experiences, and emerging initiatives, I’m interested in creating models that bring together wellbeing, education, professional connection, and innovation.
Some of these ventures are established. Others are still evolving.
I value the process of experimenting, learning, refining, and building something that responds to a real need
Travel Can Be More Than a Destination
As a travel consultant, I help create travel experiences but my interest in travel extends beyond logistics.
Travel can create space for reflection, curiosity, connection, and perspective.
It can bring people together professionally and personally, introduce us to different ways of seeing the world, and remind us that there is more than one way to experience life.
That philosophy also informs my interest in professional travel experiences designed around connection and community.
The following represent different areas of my professional work.
They are not a single umbrella business, and each initiative maintains its own identity, structure, and professional requirements..
