My career has developed across several disciplines, but the thread connecting them has always been curiosity about people and about what becomes possible when we create more room for authenticity, connection, learning, and choice.
Curious. Connected. Always Learning.
I began my professional journey in mental health counseling, where I developed a deeper understanding of the complexity of human experience.
That work naturally expanded into questions about personal growth, education, professional development, advocacy, and the environments in which people live and work.
Today, my work includes counseling, coaching, education, doctoral study, entrepreneurship, advocacy, and travel.
I don't see these as disconnected paths.
Each one gives me another lens through which to understand people, systems, relationships, and possibility.
People Are More Than Their Problems.
A diagnosis, role, career, or difficult chapter should never become the entirety of someone's identity.
Authenticity Matters.
I believe people deserve the freedom to understand who they are beyond expectations, conditioning, and the roles they have learned to perform.
Connection Changes Things.
Human beings need meaningful connection with themselves, with other people, and with communities where they feel seen and valued.
Learning Should Be Experiential.
Some of our most important learning happens through curiosity, experience, reflection, conversation, and stepping outside what is familiar.
Professionals Need Space to Be Human, Too.
The people who care for others need sustainable ways to work, grow, connect, and remain connected to themselves.
Better Systems Begin With Better Questions.
I'm interested in challenging assumptions, identifying barriers, and exploring approaches that create more equitable and sustainable possibilities.

There is a person behind all of those roles.
I’m naturally curious and genuinely love learning. I enjoy exploring new ideas, traveling to new places, meeting people with different perspectives, and finding connections between things that may not initially seem related.
I’m drawn to creativity, meaningful conversation, and experiences that make us stop and see something differently.
I also believe life should have room for discovery.
Not everything has to be productive. Not every experience needs to lead to an accomplishment.
Sometimes growth happens because we pause, explore, laugh, travel, create, or simply give ourselves permission to experience something new.
